Refund Policy
General
Our refund policy applies only to subscription plans purchases available at psychable.com.au. We offer refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and set out in this Refund Policy ("Policy"). Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to the consumer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Before make a subscription purchase, please read this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect for you if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Australian Consumer Law
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund if the software-as-a-service (Saas) as purchased through a monthly subscription has a major problem. This is when the Saas:
  1. has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the the product/item if they had known about it
  2. is unsafe
  3. is significantly different from the sample or description
  4. doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed
Your Subscription
  1. Subscriptions are billed monthly in AUD or NZD depending on your location.
  2. You can cancel your subscription at anytime either from within the "Settings" section of our website or by contacting us directly.
    1. If you cancel your subscription you will have continued access to your account, and any downgrade to account services will only take effect from your next billing cycle.
    2. We can cancel or suspend your subscription at any time in our discretion but we will act reasonably.
    3. We will not refund past subscription payments if you have not contacted our us directly to cancel your subscription.
    4. We also will not refund past subscription payments if you do not contact us directly to report unexpected deductions from your bank account within 3 months of the deduction.
